Investment Standards

My Investment Standards – Quality, Value, Growth and Income

  • Each client account is managed according to risk and return parameters established by the client, with my help.  I work with each client to develop a comprehensive stock market investing strategy as well as a strategy for investing in other investment types.
  • All security classes, stocks, bonds, REIT's, exchange traded funds (ETF's), no-load mutual funds, CDs and money market funds are allocated according to the risk/return parameters of each account.
  • Most equity securities selected by me are listed on the major stock exchanges.
  • A key tenet of my stock market investing strategy is to screen all stocks for strong business fundamentals and rational valuations.  (No penny stocks are considered.)
  • Most income securities, government bonds, municipal bonds and corporate bonds, are investment grade and are selected for quality, liquidity and reasonable return.
  • High quality, no-load mutual funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's) are used where additional diversification beyond core positions is needed. (*no-load mutual funds may incur 12b-1 fees)
  • No-Load Mutual Funds are selected for quality management, flexible investment policy, low management fees and performance.

I Manage All Investment Account Types Including:
